Service Description. This Site describes Drywall Installation, Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Renovation, Commercial Construction, Residential Construction, Home Remodeling provided by Knockout Time Construction. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Knockout Time Construction or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Damages. Knockout Time Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
